


I started following the Ketogenic Lifestyle June 1, 2017 for a number of reasons. I wanted to eat healthier and be able to maintain a diet without falling off the bandwagon as done with previous diets. I will save that for another blog. Creating a low carb, high-fat pizza has been essential in my new lifestyle! It does not take much. I followed this link for a Low carb Pepperoni Pizza. However, instead of using Psyllium Husk Powder I used ground flaxseed and instead of using Rao’s Tomato Sauce I used Muir Glen organic pizza sauce; still low in sugar. Both can be found at Walmart and other brands at Sprouts. I also chopped up a small red pepper and added when I added the additional pizza toppings. This is a time to have fun in the kitchen, so feel free to add your favorite pizza toppings. All I can say is this recipe is absolutely delicious and much healthier! Enjoy ♥︎
